Preparing Estimation, costing & Bill of Quantities for all Interior works related to joinery & Wood Works. Check all Incoming Inquiry received By Hand, Email or WhatsApp and identify if the is Tender Project or Job in Hand Projects. Download & Save the Project Documents received and request from Client if the link is expired or no attachment receive. List the Project Details (Project Name, Tender or Job in Hand, Client Name, Scope of Works, Submission Date) of all the projects received and log in Project Monitoring. Discuss with Senior Estimator all the projects received to know the priority, which is to be quoted and not to be quoted. Attend Meeting if required by Client to discuss projects Prepare Bill of Quantity if not provided by the Client. Prepare Costing, Pricing, Quotation Letters. Prepare Quotation as per addendums & revised drawings Monitor and ensure bid format meet client's standards. Summary of material, budgetary preparation, on Fit-Outs, Joinery Furniture. Revise estimates and implement required changes. Maintain client relations by being lead contact with proposals for clients. Coordinate bid inputs from all organizational departments. Prepare payment certificates for sub-contractors. Value Engineering.
